Human Resources Manager
Courtnei Patton joined Pyros as Human Resources Manager in 2022. She established and leads the Human Resources function including high-growth talent acquisition, organizational development, and cultural initiatives.
Equipped with a generalist background, Courtnei has served in several HR capacities within the Life Sciences industry. Since the inception of her career at Cumberland Pharmaceuticals, Inc. she has led workforce strategies including significantly reducing talent acquisition costs, implementing learning and development programs to retain and develop talent, and partnering closely as an advisor and coach to leaders on various HR matters.
Courtnei earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Trevecca Nazarene University. She also holds a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
